Outreach Schedule
A System representative will be in your area and individual appointments will be held. The Outreach is a program designed to give individual benefit counseling to all fire fighters and police officers. This is an opportunity to learn more about your personal retirement benefits, the DROP program, and to ask any questions regarding the Retirement System. Individual appointments will be held at a location within your city.
Please view dates below for appointment schedule. You must schedule an appointment by calling the Pension Officer at (515) 254-9200. The deadline for scheduling appointments is two weeks prior to the date of the meetings. Let the System know if your planned retirement date is within 90 days and a retirement package will be prepared for you. If you are considering DROP please inform the Pension Officer.
