Retirement & Benefit Information
Benefit formulas are established by Iowa Code Chapter 411. Revisions can only be instituted by the Iowa General Assembly. The Board of Trustees and the Administration of the retirement System are required to administer the System in compliance with the statutory provisions. Questions concerning an individual’s eligibility should be directed to the retirement System.
