Retirement Benefit Information
Benefit formulas are established by Iowa Code Chapter 411. The Board of Trustees and the Administration of the retirement system are required to administer in compliance with the statutory provisions.Revisions to the benefit formulas can only be instituted by the Iowa General Assembly. Questions concerning an individual’s eligibility should be directed to the retirement system.
