The Board of Trustees of the retirement System meets in formal open session, at regularly scheduled meetings throughout the year. The meetings currently scheduled are identified below. The meetings are typically held at the offices of the retirement system, 7155 Lake Drive, West Des Moines, Iowa; phone (888) 254-9200, beginning on Thursday at approximately 10:00 a.m.

Outreach Schedule
The Outreach is a program designed to give individual benefit counseling to all firefighters and police officers. This is an opportunity to learn more about your personal retirement benefits, the DROP program, and MFPRSI as a whole. The dates for the 2024 meetings are tentative:
